It seems that everyone with a blog, post an "about me" blog. I guess it makes the reader feel like they truly know the person behind the posts. I don't think so. I have friends who will know immediately if I post some bull but what about the rest of you? Am I the daredevil skydiver that I write about or am I just some chicken with a computer and a wish to be more adventurous? I'm going to shoot straight with y'all. I'm afraid of heights so, no, I'm not a skydiver.
Let's begin with my name. I'm Cedra. People have always had trouble with the pronunciation of my name which I don't really understand. It's not that hard, people. Now, just think of a cedar tree....okay...now swap the last two letters...and presto! That's how you pronounce my name. Got it? If not, then there's really nothing I can do to help you.
I'm 21. I'm afraid of spiders. Absolutely terrified of clowns...and Nicolas Cage. I'm not really sure why on that last one. I love cheesecake...and cheese. What kind of lunatic doesn't love cheese? I need to know.
The most important thing you need to know about me is that I'm a follower of Christ. I'm nothing special. I don't think I'm better than you are. I'm a filthy sinner and I know it. The only difference between me and non-believers is that I've accepted the grace that God has offered to all of us and I am trying to die to my old self and follow the path that God has put before me.
